Operator and scope
This policy is provided by RCEP International Corporation Limited for Dudu services in mainland China and Thailand. Drivers participate as partner drivers. The rights and obligations of each party are governed by applicable local law and valid agreements.
Suppliers and activation boundaries
WeChat provides the mini program, login and WeChat payment features you use. Tencent or Google provides relevant maps, places and routes, processing location and necessary device/network information for those features. Official policies are linked below.
Authentication, email and telephone
WeChat login identifies your mini-program account. Email binding is optional and does not additionally request WeChat phone-number or avatar permissions. When you request an email code, Resend processes the recipient address and verification message to deliver it. When you choose telephone contact, the relevant telephone provider processes numbers and contact information necessary for that order, subject to this policy and applicable local law.
Chat translation
When you choose chat translation, the selected message and target language are processed by Google Cloud Translation to provide a translation. A message may contain your or another person’s personal information; submit only what is needed for communication. Original and translated text are handled under this policy’s retention and deletion rules. Choosing not to translate does not prevent ordinary text chat.
Retention, deletion and cross-border processing
We retain personal information in accordance with applicable law where the service is provided and only for the period necessary for the purposes stated in this policy. Account information is retained as needed to provide account services. Order and transaction records are retained for applicable statutory obligations and necessary dispute handling. Location, communications and other service information are limited to the scope and period necessary for service delivery, safety and lawful dispute handling. We delete or anonymise information when its purpose has been fulfilled, its retention period ends or deletion is legally required. Information that must lawfully be retained is protected and restricted to the necessary period and purpose. Account deletion does not remove applicable statutory retention obligations.
Personal information is processed as necessary by this service and the providers of relevant features. Where a service involves cross-border transfers, we follow applicable requirements in mainland China, Thailand and other relevant jurisdictions for notice, safeguards and consent where required. See the third-party service information for providers and purposes. Use of the service does not authorise unrelated, undisclosed uses of personal information.
Related official policies and terms
Google Maps features are subject to applicable Google terms and privacy policies. Other suppliers apply only where enabled. These links do not replace the SDK first-use terms flow or mean that all services are enabled.
Google maps, navigation and translation
When you use relevant map or navigation features, Google processes location, destination and necessary device/network information to provide maps, routes and navigation. Chat translation processes the selected message text and target language when you choose translation. The text may contain personal information; avoid unrelated sensitive content. Map/navigation and translation purposes apply separately; authorisation for one feature is not expanded to unrelated processing.
Tencent and Huawei map-related services
Tencent map/navigation and Huawei Map Kit provide relevant maps, places or navigation according to the platform and feature you use, processing the necessary location, route, destination and device/network information. Services differ by product and platform; this does not mean every provider processes every use. See the relevant official policy for further processing and rights procedures.
Sign-in and email verification
When you choose Apple, Google or LINE sign-in, that provider processes account identifiers and verification information needed for your chosen sign-in or linking. LY Corporation provides the relevant LINE policy. When you request an email code, Resend, whose public policy names Plus Five Five, Inc. as operator, processes the recipient address and verification message for delivery. Third-party sign-in and email binding are chosen according to your needs; using one does not authorise unrelated services.
Telephone contact and payment information
Telephone contact uses necessary numbers and information for communication about the order; number protection depends on the offered feature. Where a passenger uses WeChat Pay or another payment method expressly supported for the order, the payment provider processes information needed for payment, refunds and checks. This service handles order and transaction status and does not ask you to provide payment passwords to us. A listed category does not imply processing by a product without that feature.
