Dudu Driver App · Map and navigation safety
Operator and scope
This policy is provided by RCEP International Corporation Limited for Dudu services in mainland China and Thailand. Drivers participate as partner drivers. The rights and obligations of each party are governed by applicable local law and valid agreements.
Use navigation safely
Routes, estimated times, speed limits and road information may differ from actual conditions. Always exercise independent judgement, follow signs, traffic directions and local law, and prioritise safety at closures or hazards. Never take unlawful or unsafe actions because of navigation instructions. Set the destination before driving and stop safely when interaction is necessary.
Costs and official terms
Google Navigation requires users to be responsible for costs incurred by following directions, such as tolls. Allocation or reimbursement between driver and passenger must separately be stated in service terms and the order. Google Navigation official terms required on first use must remain in the SDK official flow; this notice, App privacy consent or an old Google PDF does not replace them. Do not alter the official terms without authorisation.
Provider differences and location
Platforms use relevant Google, Tencent or Huawei capabilities according to actual configuration. Do not obscure map attribution. A location failure, reroute, navigation interruption or network fault does not make a map estimate proof of trip completion, payment or another business state. See privacy.html, third-parties.html and permissions.html for data and permissions.
Related official policies and terms
Google Maps features are subject to applicable Google terms and privacy policies. Other suppliers apply only where enabled. These links do not replace the SDK first-use terms flow or mean that all services are enabled.
Incidents and emergencies
In an accident, breakdown or other danger, prioritise personal safety, contact local emergency or traffic authorities as appropriate and take lawful steps to prevent further harm. Do not put anyone at risk to take photos, argue about charges or continue using a phone. When safe, preserve necessary incident facts and records and describe events accurately, without publicly disclosing others’ identity, contact details or unrelated images.
