Dudu Driver App · Terms of service
Operator and scope
This policy is provided by RCEP International Corporation Limited for Dudu services in mainland China and Thailand. Drivers participate as partner drivers. The rights and obligations of each party are governed by applicable local law and valid agreements.
Service scope and partner relationship
This product provides designated-driver account, order, map, communication and other features offered to you. The respective rights and duties of partner drivers and the platform follow applicable local law, valid partner agreements and express order terms. Contract labels do not exclude duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders and services
Order actions depend on confirmed system states; a timeout is not proof of success. Specific cooperation matters are governed by a separately signed partner agreement and applicable terms provided directly to you.
Safety, cancellation and disputes
Each party must provide accurate, necessary service information, follow local traffic and safety requirements and respect others when using orders, chat and contact details. Avoid distraction while driving; navigation does not replace judgement of actual conditions. Cancellation, incidents, compensation and disputes are governed by applicable local law and valid agreements. Duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain applicable. Insurance cover depends on an actual valid insurance contract; use of the service does not itself establish particular cover.
Privacy, account exit and updates
See the privacy policy for personal information and the deletion notice for account deletion. Service terms and partner agreements govern their respective matters. Changes, termination and disputes follow applicable local law and valid agreements. Viewing a page does not mean acceptance of future undisclosed changes.
Related official policies and terms
Google Maps features are subject to applicable Google terms and privacy policies. Other suppliers apply only where enabled. These links do not replace the SDK first-use terms flow or mean that all services are enabled.
Checking a booking
Before booking, check places, the actual rider, contact information, service type and the displayed charges and payment method. When booking for another person, provide accurate, necessary information and ensure that the rider knows the service arrangements and necessary processing. Changes during service must be confirmed through methods supported for the order; informal discussions do not replace required order confirmation.
Cancellation before service starts
Under the current service rules, when a passenger cancels through the available order action during matching, driver approach, arrival or waiting to start service, the amount payable for that order is zero. Driver-responsible cancellation and passenger cancellation must be recorded separately; a driver reason must not be incorrectly attributed to the passenger. The confirmed order result determines cancellation.
Cancellation after service starts
For an order booked for yourself using in-app online payment, cancellation through an available action after service starts uses the order’s confirmed base charge and distance already served. Any included-distance allowance in ordinary completed-trip pricing does not apply to this cancellation calculation, and there are no additional time-based charges, reservation fees or minimum-charge top-ups. The payer should see the breakdown. Other order types do not automatically support this self-cancellation route; their available actions and valid terms apply. Under current rules, a driver-responsible cancellation by the assigned driver results in zero payable by the passenger for that order. A driver must not shift responsibility by asking the passenger to cancel under a passenger reason.
Payment, duplicate payment and charge questions
Pay using the method identified for the order and check the amount and currency. If payment is completed, processing or unclear, check order and payment records before paying again. A charge or served-distance query may identify the order, disputed item and relevant facts for review; payment passwords and unrelated information must not be requested. Cancelling an order does not itself confirm return of an earlier payment.
Refund review and outcomes
Refunds are reviewed against money actually collected, the amount lawfully due back and completed refunds, without duplicate repayment exceeding the amount due. Online refunds follow the original payment channel and applicable rules; records and channel confirmation determine processing and receipt. Closing a page or seeing an error is not proof of a completed refund. Offline refunds require checking the actual recipient and collection facts; an online refund flow must not simply be assumed to apply.
Incidents and emergencies
In an accident, breakdown or other danger, prioritise personal safety, contact local emergency or traffic authorities as appropriate and take lawful steps to prevent further harm. Do not put anyone at risk to take photos, argue about charges or continue using a phone. When safe, preserve necessary incident facts and records and describe events accurately, without publicly disclosing others’ identity, contact details or unrelated images.
Responsibility and insurance
Responsibility for incidents or harm depends on applicable local law, conduct, causation and valid agreements. Partner status does not automatically remove statutory responsibilities. The existence, scope, exclusions and claims procedures of insurance depend on an actual valid policy and expressly provided insurance information. This statement promises neither cover for every order, a fixed compensation amount nor a guaranteed payout. An insurance decision does not replace the determination of legal responsibility.
Dispute information and lawful remedies
For a service, charge, cancellation or incident dispute, identify the order, issue, requested outcome and relevant facts without unnecessary sensitive information. Parties should lawfully cooperate and must not conceal, fabricate or tamper with relevant facts. Internal discussion does not restrict complaints to competent authorities or other lawful remedies, and these terms do not exclude non-excludable consumer rights.
